Patrick M. Magrum, Owner/ Founder of PM Security, Police Officer, Helicopter Pilot, Business and Family Man. Since moving to Georgia in early 2000, I am currently the Chief Helicopter Pilot, Maintenance Pilot with the Atlanta Police Department
In 2003, I started PM Security Solutions. Over past 20 plus years my team and I have worked with hundreds of General Contractors, Construction Companies, Apartment Communities, HOA Communities, ADOT (Atlanta Department of Transportation), GDOT (Georgia Department of Transportation) with assisting them in a wide range of projects and services.
PM Security now employs 100+ full time employees and has more than 50 sub contractors on staff.
Finally, during downtime, I enjoy spending time with my family at home with my wife Stephanie, Ham (Cat) Maddison, Eris, Libby (Horses) and good friends.
VP of Sales
Amanda began her career in multifamily in 1999 with Equity Residential. She joined the Worthing Companies in 2005 and worked her way up from Marketing to Community Director.
She has experience with the daily operations of new development Class A lease-ups, stabilized assets and acquisitions. She went on to join Behr Paint in 2015 working with the National Accounts Team, learning strategic sales and the construction side of multifamily as well as HOA.
Amanda is a tenacious sales person, a seasoned leader and has a successful track record in building exceptional teams.
She is a native of Atlanta. She became an equestrian at a young age and loves horses. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being on the lake and with her 2 dogs.
VP of Business Development
Ed began his multifamily career in 1998 with Equity Residential and has overseen lease-ups, stabilized, mixed-use deals and LIHTC properties throughout the Southeast and Mid Atlantic.
As a long-time member of the Atlanta Apartment Association, he was a Leadership Lyceum graduate in 2019.
Ed has a proven track record of industry leadership, developing leaders, and motivating teams toward success for his assets and clients.
Born and raised in Boston, Ed now lives in the Atlanta metro area with his wife Marian, his dog Tessie and cat Penny. Ed and Marian enjoy time with their three young grandkids at soccer and t-ball games and dance recitals. If he’s not on his boat with family and friends, Ed enjoys golfing and running, having run three marathons as well as many other races and triathlons over the past 30 years.
Permits Division Manager
Cristy brings a wealth of experience and a versatile skill set to PM Security. She began her professional journey in the consulting sector of the massage industry, leveraging her expertise to enhance business operations and client satisfaction. Her entrepreneurial spirit shone through when she owned and successfully managed her own massage business, showcasing her leadership and business acumen.
Transitioning to the digital commerce world, Cristy made significant contributions in retail dot com before taking on the role of project manager at a prominent roofing company. In her current position as the Permits Division manager at PM Security, she continues to excel, appreciating the company’s exceptional clients and outstanding work environment.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Cristy is passionate about yoga, meditation, gardening, kayaking, and hiking, activities that reflect her commitment to well-being and balance.

Operations Manager
Brittany is a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager at PM Security Solutions, where they provide leadership, regulatory compliance, & strategic planning to keep the company growing. With 2 years of experience in the Security & Traffic Control sectors, Brittany has developed a robust skill set in process improvements, problem solving, adaptability and project management.
Before joining PM Security Brittany worked as a Transaction Coordinator for various real estate companies acquiring time management and attention to detail skills. Notably, Brittany has won various awards including the Siri Award for going above and beyond to problem solve and find solutions for her clients.
In addition to their professional work, Brittany is passionate about hiking and finding new waterfalls with her husband Bryce and their Blue Heeler Ahoyka, which helps to maintain a happy & healthy work/life balance.
Hiring Manager
As the hiring manager at PM Security Solutions, Belinda has a passion for identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. Belinda has developed a keen eye for spotting exceptional candidates who possess the skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to excel in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Prior to joining PM Security Solutions, Belinda spent a number of years as a Learning and Development Specialist as well as working with various companies across the Property Management arena. Belinda’s expertise includes talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination and HR operations, as well as building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
As a hiring manager, Belinda is always on the lookout for exceptional candidates who share our company's values and are eager to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, exploring new cuisines and volunteering at local animal shelters and career development organizations.
Permit Division
Bringing a wealth of experience in administrative support and legal services to the team, Frances is delighted to join PM Security Solutions. With a background as an administrative assistant at a dentist's office, she adeptly managed insurance and benefits while maintaining meticulous billing records. Prior to this role, Frances served as a paralegal at a prominent personal injury firm, navigating complex legal landscapes with precision and dedication.
At PM Security Solutions, Frances is passionate about contributing to the expert consulting and permitting services offered. She understands the critical importance of facilitating smooth processes in permitting, zoning, and code compliance to help contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and property owners avoid delays and achieve timely project completions.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she indulges in exploring diverse culinary experiences in the kitchen. She also cherishes outdoor walks, immersing herself in the tranquility of nature. As a devoted animal lover, particularly enamored with dogs, she finds fulfillment in advocating for their well-being.

Certified Protection Officer with over 20 years of private security experience. Tilison is an established trainer who has provided exceptional security solutions for elite and high-profile clients. He is an expert in providing strategies and practices to equip and develop skilled officers. Certified in multiple territories, Tilisons establishes industry wide expertise aids in the implementation and placement of highly professional officers
Accounting/Compliance Manager
Lauren is a seasoned professional known for her ability to solve problems, evaluate alternatives, and make informed decisions based on financial data. Throughout her career, Lauren has consistently demonstrated a strong ability in contributing to strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.
Currently serving as Accounting Manager at PM Security Solutions, Lauren excels in her ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across departments, and contributing to organizational goals. She is committed to staying updated with industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and professional development opportunities. While also being the best mom and partner she can be.
Outside of work, Lauren is passionate about her family and garage sales. She finds enjoyment and relaxation in the fun treasure-hunting experience. For Lauren , success is not just about achieving goals but also about maintaining a good work/life balance.
Quality Control Supervisor
Ranaldi started his security career in 2020 as a sub contractor at an assortment of night clubs in metro Atlanta, also managing multiple chain retail stores for many years.
Currently a Junior at Strayer University gaining a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
With a versatile leadership style, Ranaldi excels at scheduling and organizing. With a commitment to protecting clients assets as well as the guards well being, Ranaldi practices a great deal of empathy and communication, as well as active listening. Born in Wisconsin, raised in Gwinnett County Ga. Ranaldi resides in Decatur where he enjoys participating in community service work, exercising and water sports.
